On the evening of September 11, 2001, the Choir and Orchestra had planned to perform for a group of financial executives gathered in Salt Lake City for a conference. That concert was quickly shifted from the prepared repertoire to a tribute to those who had lost their lives at the hands of terrorists that day.It is fitting that 10 years later the Mormon Tabernacle Choir again be able to pay tribute....
This tribute will be able to be viewed at the North Temple Visitors Center Theater at Salt Lake City's Temple Square, on Sunday September 11th at 9:30am. and 10:30am. You can also visit Music and the Spoken Words link for broadcast times in your area.
