What a great weekend. Between Easter and Conference, it couldn't have been better. Well of coarse, unless it had not snowed. But we made the best of it as we always do.
Saturday morning Guido and Sarah made everyone breakfast. Guido decided to pose as the mighty chef warrior. He is becoming quite the little cook.
The kids decorated cupcakes to take up to the Senior Center.
They wanted to make sure that they had a treat for Easter as well.
We did our usual Egg decorating and some little prankster decided to sneak in a few raw eggs. So when we went to make deviled eggs we discovered some beautifully colored raw eggs. Little stinkers, they thought it was really funny.
The kids all enjoyed playing games and enjoying one anothers company. Between conference sessions we had a Monopoly marathon going on and of course the annual Easter egg hunt.
Despite the cold and the snow we enjoyed ourselves. We enjoyed making many happy moments and memories. We enjoyed sharing in the words of the leaders of our church and we enjoyed spending such a special weekend together.
