Pioneers: Followers of Jesus Christ

Each year as the State of Utah celebrates "Pioneer Day" I cannot help but reflect on how proud I am of my heritage. Whenever I hear stories of the struggles that the pioneers went through I cannot help but be humbled. It makes me realize that my trials are not as bad, that I could not begin to imagine what a real struggle might be. Thinking of what my ancestors as well as so many others went through to bring themselves here to Utah, renews my strength and faith in Heavenly Father.
