Finally getting settled....

We moved both this year and last year in September. However, this year I promised myself we were going to decorate for the holidays. Which I just didn't have the energy to do the last time we moved. Amazingly I had it after 2 more moves though. So October came and up went the Halloween decorations, they were then replaced with fall decor. After Thanksgiving down went the fall foliage and up went the Christmas decorations.

Since the Christmas decorations have been put away I realized that my house is really bare. Bare, because I haven't decorated at all because of all of the holidays, so today is the day. I am going to empty a few more boxes and get all of those precious memories, all of the pictures, all of the little things that make our house so uniquely ours. We are going to finally after four months get settled in. It will be nice to be home.
